As the owner of AT Online Tech, I have been in the technology field for over 10 years. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. I began my studies at TSTC Waco, where I received an Associates Degree's in Computer Networking and Network Security. I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE). I have experience as a Assistant System Administrator as well as a Windows System Administrator and have also worked at Dell in the Enterprise Support call center in the Microsoft queue. I have extensive experience with break / fixes of Microsoft SBS, Exchange, SQL, and Active Directory.
While working at the call center, I realized how strong the need is for Remote IT Services. Therefore, I have started this business to help others choose the right equipment for growing their business, and to help them maintain this equipment once installed.
