Who we build for

Websites for apartment communities

Renters shortlist three or four communities before they contact any of them, and they do it entirely from what is published. A floor plan without a price, or photos without a date, gets cut from that list without anybody telling you.

The listing portals will rent your units and charge you for the privilege. A site of your own is where somebody who already has your name goes to decide.

What this site has to do

  • Show every floor plan with bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and rent. A plan without a number is not on the shortlist.
  • Say what is included and what is not — water, trash, parking, pets and the pet fee — because that is where the real comparison happens.
  • Make a tour bookable without a phone call, at the hour people are actually looking, which is late.
  • Say where you are in a way that answers the real question: what it is near, and how far.

What a customer asks an assistant, and what it needs from you

These are the questions people put to ChatGPT and Gemini about a business like yours. The right-hand column is the part that has to exist in text on a page before your name can come back as the answer.

What they askWhat the assistant needs
Two bedroom apartments in Temple under $1,400Your floor plans with rents, as text

The pages you actually need

Floor plans
One block per plan, with beds, baths, square feet and rent. This is the page an assistant quotes.
Amenities
Pool, fitness, laundry, parking — written as words, not icons. An icon says nothing to an assistant.
Pet policy
Breed, weight, deposit, monthly. Among the most-searched facts about any community and among the least published.
The neighbourhood
What you are near and how far. This is how somebody moving to Central Texas for work picks an area.
Book a tour
Available at 11pm, because that is when it gets booked.

You do not have to work any of this out. We research the business and build the whole thing before you pay anything, then you say what is wrong with it.

Questions people ask

We already pay for the listing portals. Why a site too?
The portals are renting your units and keeping the relationship, and they charge per lead for people who were often going to find you anyway. Your own site is where a renter who has your name lands, and it is the only version of your floor plans an assistant can read.
Availability changes weekly. Will the site go stale?
You ask for the change in plain words and it happens the same day, so what is published stays true. A site that says when it was last updated beats one that quietly implies a unit is still open.

We also build for heating and air companies, self storage, restaurants, shops and boutiques and trades and home services, in Central Texas only.

See yours before you decide.

We build it first. If it is not right you say so, and if you do not want it you owe nothing.
