Who we build for

Websites for self storage

Storage is bought in a hurry by somebody mid-move, and it is bought almost entirely on three facts: size, price and whether they can start today. A site that makes any of those hard to find loses to the one down the road that does not.

Most facilities publish a phone number and a photo of a gate. The customer wanted a 10×20 with drive-up access and a price.

What this site has to do

  • List every unit size with its price, as text. This is the whole page as far as an assistant is concerned.
  • Say which sizes are actually open, and say when that was last true.
  • Say what the access is: drive-up or interior, gate hours, and whether climate control is on the unit or the building.
  • Make renting possible from the phone the person is already holding, in the car, outside your gate.

What a customer asks an assistant, and what it needs from you

These are the questions people put to ChatGPT and Gemini about a business like yours. The right-hand column is the part that has to exist in text on a page before your name can come back as the answer.

What they askWhat the assistant needs
Self storage in Temple with drive-up accessYour access type, said in those words

The pages you actually need

Sizes and prices
Every size, every price, written out. A rate sheet in a PDF is invisible to the thing your customer is asking.
What fits in what
A 10×10 means nothing to a first-timer. "A one-bedroom apartment" does, and almost nobody publishes it.
Access and security
Gate hours, cameras, lighting, drive-up. The things somebody worries about at 8pm.
Climate control
In Central Texas this is not a luxury, and it is a real reason to choose you.
Rent online
The move-in happens on a phone or it happens somewhere else.

You do not have to work any of this out. We research the business and build the whole thing before you pay anything, then you say what is wrong with it.

Questions people ask

My prices change. Do I have to keep editing the site?
You ask, in plain words — "put the 10×20 up to $145" — and it happens, and you see it before it goes live. That is the whole point of the plan: a price you can change in ten seconds is a price you will keep honest.
We are usually near full. Is it worth advertising?
Near full is exactly when it pays to be findable, because the units you do have are the expensive ones and you want the person who will take them. A site that says what is open beats a phone that rings about sizes you do not have.

We also build for heating and air companies, restaurants, apartment communities, shops and boutiques and trades and home services, in Central Texas only.

See yours before you decide.

We build it first. If it is not right you say so, and if you do not want it you owe nothing.
